  • All purpose flour (450 gram)
  • Whole-wheat course (150 gram)
  • Baking soda (3 teaspoons)
  • Sugar (2 teaspoons)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Water (3-ish deciliters)
  • Chunks of your favorite cheese

Directions

Prepare the dough before you go outside, and put it in a zip lock bag or a plastic container. Mix all the ingredients. The dough should be soft, but not sticky.
You can cook your bread on a campfire or a primus. If campfire; use a gridiron. If primus; use a frying pan.
Take a piece of dough and cover a chunk of cheese with it. Try to shape it as flat as possible, because it will be dificult to cook it if it's too thick. Use low heat on your primus or keep it away from the flames on your campfire. Turn your bread often. It's done when the crust is chrispy and brown, and you can hear a hollow sound when you tap it with your finger!
