Cook some water together with the coconout powder, a stock cube, oil and the spices. When it is boiling, add the couscous and the rest, stir and let stand for 5 minutes. (If it is cold outside you could also reheat it after the cous cous has absorbed the water. The meal should still be creamy and warm and a little bit hot and easy to just sweep into the mounth with a nice spoon.
