1.Boil 500ml water. Mince Green onion. Chop Ocra.
2. Turn the gas down to medium after boiling. Add Scallop, green onion chiken stock cube and freeze dried tofu.
3. Simmer 2 minutes. Add Ocra, Soy sauce, salt and pepper. The taste should be thick at this point.
4. Turn the gas down to low. Add water-mixed starch (Stirring continualy while addiing the starch)
The tasty starchy sauce goes well rice!
