Pimp Your Pancake With Chocolate!

Make the pancake batter the way you usually do. 
Throw a knob of butter in your frying pan on medium heat. When the butter starts to foam pour some batter into the pan.

Add small bits of chocolate (you can also use chocolate spread) and pour a tiny bit more pancake batter to just cover the chocolate.

Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the underside is golden brown and flip the pancake to cook the other side until done.

If you want to take it to the next level, place your pancake in a insolation bag or something equal to keep it warm while you wipe the pan clean, heat some slices of peeled banana and maple syrup for 30sec.

Serve the banana & maple syrup as topping on your pancake.
