Poor Knights is almost like french toast, but better.
Depending on how many you are, the amount of bread will vary.
I tend to make two slices per person.
First, I mix milk, egg, cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl, big enough to dip the bread in. This mix is easy to make so start little and make more depending on how hungry you are.
Heat up the skillet and fry the dipped bread until crispy and golden.
Eat as is or serve with honey. YUM!
