Directions

Season the trout filets with salt, lemon juice and dill. Find a nice wooden board or a log and put it in water for couple of minutes. Fasten the fish with spikes or screws – skin direction to the wood. Put the board at the edge of the bonfire and let it fry for (depending on the heat) 20-30 minutes. Enjoy the intense wood-smoked taste of the fish!
