It's so easy ... chop everything up, and place all ingredients (except rice) in the saucepan over a hot fire. You can leave the pak choi out until the end so that it's not too soggy. Depending on heat of fire, it'll take around 1/2 hour to cook.

Put the rice in a separate billy can to cook.
