• Salmon filet (with skin)
  • Dill (fresh chopped)
  • Kikoman Soy sauce
  • Grinded pepper
  • Sauce:
  • 1 box Creme fresh or Norwegian Rømme
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Juice of half Lime
  • Sugar (after own taste)
  • Dill, fresh chopped
  • Grinded pepper




Drizzle the salmon filet with Kikoman Soy sauce and chopped dill + pepper and let it stay for 15-20 minutes. Put it directly on the barbecue (medium-low heat ) Lid on the barbecue and let i cook for 10-13 minutes (depend on how thick the filet is)….. Finished!!

You can use the other halves of the lemon and lime + some sugar + pepper to make a cucumber salad……
